Benny Urquidez — Spirit of a Warrior
Benny “The Jet” Urquidez is an American kickboxer, martial arts choreographer and actor. Undefeated across a professional career that helped establish full-contact kickboxing in the United States, he went on to work as a fight choreographer and trainer in Hollywood. He talks here about the warrior mindset, conditioning, and carrying competitive standards into the way a school teaches.
