Martial Arts Business Conferences 2026–2027: Every Confirmed School-Owner Event

The short answer
There is no Martial Arts SuperShow in 2026. The biggest business events left on the calendar for martial arts school owners are Kovar Systems’ ProMAC conferences, MAIA’s Momentum Summit, Next Level Summit and Jumpstart Live in Orlando, the Legacy School Owners Summit in Brooklyn, and the AWMAI conference in Cleveland. We found no business conference aimed specifically at BJJ or MMA gym owners in this period.

ATA’s Pan-America Instructors’ Congress is listed for October 19–21, 2026, but ATA’s schedule gives no location and it appears to be for ATA members only (ATA event schedule).
Is the Martial Arts SuperShow happening in 2026?
No. Century Martial Arts says there will be no SuperShow in 2026 because Las Vegas has become too expensive, and it points attendees to MAIA’s Jumpstart Live instead (Century). No 2027 SuperShow has been announced.
For more than two decades the SuperShow was the one place most of the industry met in person. Its absence leaves the calendar spread across smaller, organizer-led events, most of them tied to a single coaching or supply company.
What else has moved or not been announced
- MyStudio Summits: the Philadelphia and Miami events were moved to 2027, with no new dates yet (MyStudio).
- The MAIN Event (ProMax Marketing): the 2026 event ran in April in San Antonio; no 2027 date has been posted.
- EFC Summit: the most recent listing is July 2026 in New South Wales, Australia; no 2027 date has been posted.
- TKD Professionals National Convention: held in June 2026 in Buffalo; no 2027 page yet.
How to choose a martial arts business event
- Know who runs it. Almost every event on this list is run by a company that sells coaching, software, billing or equipment. That isn’t a problem, but expect the program to lead toward the organizer’s offer.
- Look at who else will be there. Much of the value of a live event is the owners you meet over lunch and in the hallway. Ask the organizer what size schools usually attend.
- Bring your team if the event is built for it. Next Level Summit requires the owner and a key team member; ProMAC is built for instructors and program directors.
- Go with three questions. Write down the three problems you most need solved and measure the event against them.
- Budget the whole trip. Travel, hotel and time away from the floor usually cost more than the ticket.

- Plan around ProMAC, the MAIA Orlando events, Legacy and AWMAI if you want an in-person business event before summer 2027.
- Book early-bird prices where they’re published; ProMAC International’s early rate ends November 30, 2026.
- BJJ and MMA gym owners have no dedicated business conference on this calendar, so most attend general school-owner events.
