Martial Arts Business Conferences 2026–2027: Every Confirmed School-Owner Event
Martial Arts Professional editorial guide. Dates, venues and prices are taken from each organizer’s own event page as of September 16, 2026, and events change, so confirm with the organizer before you book. The short answer
There is no Martial Arts SuperShow in 2026. The biggest business events left on the calendar for martial arts school owners are Kovar Systems’ ProMAC conferences, MAIA’s Momentum Summit, Next Level Summit and Jumpstart Live in Orlando, the Legacy School Owners Summit in Brooklyn, and the AWMAI conference in Cleveland. We found no business conference aimed specifically at BJJ or MMA gym owners in this period. Martial Arts Wealth Mastery’s own member meeting schedule through 2028 is published at the end of this guide.

ATA’s Pan-America Instructors’ Congress is listed for October 19–21, 2026, but ATA’s schedule gives no location and it appears to be for ATA members only (ATA event schedule).
Martial Arts Wealth Mastery member meetings, 2026–2028
Publisher’s own organization. These are private meetings for enrolled Martial Arts Wealth Mastery members, not open conferences, and they are not part of the industry calendar above. They are published here because members and prospective members ask for the forward schedule, and because owners planning travel two and three years out have asked us to put the dates somewhere they can find them. This is a preliminary schedule and is subject to change; venues have not yet been published. Confirm with Martial Arts Wealth Mastery before booking travel.

The three programs run on consecutive days, so an owner attending more than one travels once. Quick-Start opens each block, Mastery and Leadership follow, and Million Dollar Schools closes it. Is the Martial Arts SuperShow happening in 2026?
No. Century Martial Arts says there will be no SuperShow in 2026 because Las Vegas has become too expensive, and it points attendees to MAIA’s Jumpstart Live instead (Century). No 2027 SuperShow has been announced.
For more than two decades the SuperShow was the one place most of the industry met in person. Its absence leaves the calendar spread across smaller, organizer-led events, most of them tied to a single coaching or supply company.
What else has moved or not been announced
- MyStudio Summits: the Philadelphia and Miami events were moved to 2027, with no new dates yet (MyStudio).
- The MAIN Event (ProMax Marketing): the 2026 event ran in April in San Antonio; no 2027 date has been posted.
- EFC Summit: the most recent listing is July 2026 in New South Wales, Australia; no 2027 date has been posted.
- TKD Professionals National Convention: held in June 2026 in Buffalo; no 2027 page yet.
How to choose a martial arts business event
- Know who runs it. Almost every event on this list is run by a company that sells coaching, software, billing or equipment — this journal’s publisher included. That isn’t a problem, but expect the program to lead toward the organizer’s offer.
- Look at who else will be there. Much of the value of a live event is the owners you meet over lunch and in the hallway. Ask the organizer what size schools usually attend.
- Bring your team if the event is built for it. Next Level Summit requires the owner and a key team member; ProMAC is built for instructors and program directors.
- Go with three questions. Write down the three problems you most need solved and measure the event against them.
- Budget the whole trip. Travel, hotel and time away from the floor usually cost more than the ticket.

- Plan around ProMAC, the MAIA Orlando events, Legacy and AWMAI if you want an in-person business event before summer 2027.
- Book early-bird prices where they’re published; ProMAC International’s early rate ends November 30, 2026.
- BJJ and MMA gym owners have no dedicated business conference on this calendar, so most attend general school-owner events.
- If you belong to a coaching group, put its meeting dates on the calendar first and fit the open conferences around them — member meetings are usually the ones with a fixed roster and a travel commitment.

The preliminary schedule runs Quick-Start, Mastery/Leadership and Million Dollar Schools on consecutive days three times a year, plus two retreats. The remaining 2026 dates are October 1–4, with a retreat on November 7–8. In 2027 the blocks fall in February, May and September, with retreats in July and October. In 2028 they fall in February, May and October, with retreats in July and December. These are private member meetings run by this journal’s publisher, and the dates are preliminary.
How much does ProMAC cost?
ProMAC International on May 14–15, 2027 lists an early-bird price of $149 until November 30, 2026, and $399 regular. ProMAC East and West prices are not published on their event pages.
Where is MAIA’s Jumpstart Live 2027?
At the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport in Florida, April 2–3, 2027, with general tickets at $199 and VIP at $399.

MAIA’s Momentum Summit page names an Orlando airport-area venue but shows two different hotel names; confirm with MAIA before booking travel.
