  1. Jim,

    I teach Tai Chi inspired movement to seniors in Independent and Assisted living communities. I find that treating them with respect and teaching at levels of their capabilities does two things.

    The seniors gain respect for me since I show them respect.

    The methods I use allow them to do the routines, see increases in their own capabilities as they improve, and rebuild their own self respect.
