Kung Fu Panda to be Released on Blu-ray Disc in Early November

It is speculated that Paramount and Dreamworks Home Entertainment moved the release two days earlier than anticipated, so it will be the only big animated movie exclusively on store shelves for nine days, early in the holiday shopping season. Disney’s Wall-E is scheduled to appear in stores on November 18.
Kung Fu Panda will be presented in widescreen 1080p video and 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio. The two exclusive BD-Live features are “A Day in the Life: A Shaolin Monk in Training” and “Po Around the World.” Some of the other supplemental features will be in HD.
