Rap Musician RZA to Make Directorial Debut of Martial Arts Film

HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA—RZA, best known as a member of the rap group, Wu-Tang Clan, is working with Hollywood director Eli Roth (Cabin Fever and Hostel) to write and direct a martial arts action movie, The Man with the Iron Fist.

According to the industry buzz, director Quentin Taratino may also want to be involved in the project. RZA scored one of the tracks for the Kill Bill: Vol. 1 soundtrack. RZA has collaborated on a number of film soundtracks as a musician and has also acted in a few films.

According to Roth, RZA has written an amazing script and has been learning the director’s craft from Tarantino for a num-ber of years.
