Jet Li Introduces Wuji, a New Exercise System

Li claims a healthy balance of body and mind exercises has made an important contribution to his success. Wuji is meant to help other long-term martial arts enthusiasts achieve peak physical and mental conditioning.During the press conference, Li also announced a three-year program, in conjunction with Adidas, to promote new fitness concepts among urban Chinese.
