Milan, Italy Taxi Drivers and Street Vendors to Receive Martial Arts Training to Prevent Crime
By MAPro • May 19th, 2008 • Category: Industry Insider, Martial Arts ResoucesMilan, Italy…The city of Milan has created a martial arts training program in judo and karate to improve the personal security of its thousands of taxi drivers and street vendors and reduce the theft and crime to which they are exposed. Violent crime is rare in Italy, but petty crime is rife throughout the country.
According to Riccardo De Corato, Milan’s deputy mayor, these groups have been the most vulnerable to crime and violence in recent years. He also stated that training in self-defense that doesn’t require weapons is the best way to defend taxi drivers and street vendors.
The city has experience in utilizing martial arts training to improve the safety of its citizens, as it had earlier introduced self-defense courses for women.

Very impressive that this blog is syndicated through Google and is it something that is just up to Google or you actively created?
Obviously this is a popular blog with great data so well done on your seo success..
